End of Rental Checklist

We hope you had an incredible time exploring the coast! As your trip with us comes to a close, please review these quick steps to ensure a smooth handoff:

• Return the Gear Bag:

  If you removed the gear bag during your time with the Jeep, please double-check that it is securely placed back inside the Jeep before drop-off.

• Secure the Side Window Bag:

  Don't forget the side window bag! Please ensure it is safely returned to the vehicle so it is ready to go for the next guest.

• Let Us Know If Anything Was Less Than Perfect:

  Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a flawless experience. If anything during your rental was not absolutely perfect, please reach out to us directly prior to the end of your trip so we have the opportunity to make it right.

• Share Your Experience on Turo:

  If you loved your time in our Jeep, we would be incredibly grateful if you could leave us a 5-star review on Turo! Your positive feedback means the world to us and helps our business continue to grow.

• Return to the Designated Return Location & Check-Out: Please return the vehicle to where you picked it up. If you picked up from the ferry terminal area, please park the vehicle in a legal spot in the Stop and Shop parking lot. If you picked up from the airport, just leave it in any open spot (but not the “rental car area” or “FAA employees” area). Once parked, follow the standard check-out process within the Turo app to officially close out your rental.
